Teriyaki Salmon… in no time!

Teriyaki Salmon  (25 minutes)

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 500g in total)
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic flakes
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 lemon

Method:

  • Sprinkle fillets with lemon juice.
  • Season the salmon fillets with sesame oil, salt, pepper, teriyaki sauce, honey and garlic.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°C.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
