Cheddar and Roasted Red Pepper Tostadas

Do you have guests over for dinner or your are craving for a delicious snack? Try this easy and yummy recipe!

Cheddar and Roasted Pepper Tostadas (20 min)

Ingredients:

  • 1 red pepper (sliced)
  • 2 crunchy corn tosdadas
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (sliced)
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Dash of paprika
  • Dash of basil
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup cheddar (grated)

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 400° F.
  • Season the red pepper slices with salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and paprika and put them in the oven for 15 min.
  • Top the corn tostadas with the peppers and sprinkle the cheddar.
  • Broil until the cheese melts, about 2 to 3 minutes.
