Strawberries with mint and ginger cream
Strawberries with mint and ginger cream.
(Hands on 10 minutes)
2 cups of strawberries sliced
8 leaves fresh mint leaves
1/3 tsp of ginger powder
2 tbs brown sugar
1 can of milk cream
2 tbs condensed milk
- Blend the milk cream, condensed milk, brown sugar, ginger and 3 mint leaves.
- Layer the mix and the strawberries in a cup.
- Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Decorate with a mint leave.
