Coconut-Almond Milk Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 2 cups of coconut-almod Milk
  • 2 Tbs of walnuts
  • 2 Tbs of brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs of sweet coconut
  • Salt
  • Apple or your favorite fruit. (You can also use raisins or dry cramberry)

Method:

  • Fill a pot with the coconut-almond milk, oatmeal and dash salt put it on the stove, then boil it for 1 minute.
  • When you have your creamy oatmeal add the brown sugar, coconut, walnuts and fruit.
