Power Breakfast


To me there’s nothing better than start the day with a good workout followed by a delicious breakfast!

Oatmeal is top of my list since is healthy, easy and fast to prepare and it is so yummy.

Here my oatmeal recipe. Try it and let me know how do you like it 😉

Coconut Strawberry Oatmeal


  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Oatmeal
  • 2 spoons  Sweet coconut grated
  • 1/2 cup Fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 spoon brown sugar
  • Dash of salt


  • Mix the oatmeal, coconut and almond milk and salt in a pot and let them boil for 1 minute.
  • Add the grated coconut, brown sugar and strawberries!
