Morning fuel: A delicious and easy power Juice recipe

Mornings are always a little bit busy in our house… well to be honest I call it “the crazy hour”.

I am not going to get into the “put your shoes on” mom tales because that deserves a whole new post!

Today, my goal is to share with you how I prepare breakfast “to go”  in no time during those hectic mornings (except for today… I forgot to put the cap on the blender resulting in juice all over my kitchen in no time! LOL) .

The secret? My power Juice!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Blackberries
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup Spinach

Method:

Just blend it all… and voila!

  • 1/2 taza de arandanos
  • 1/2 taza de frambuesas
  • 1/2 taza de Mora
  • 1 1/2 taza de jugo de naranja
  • 1/2 taza de espinacas

Preparación:

Licualo todo y disfruta!
