Tone it up!

Quick workout today at @tribalgym 💪💪💪
I have a busy day ahead but I am so happy that I was able to exercise this morning 😉
Here 5 exercises of today’s routine, we also ran between rounds and did 3 rounds warm up before we start the real workout. We did 3 rounds of 10 reps.
Hoy entrene super rápido porque tengo un día súper ocupado… el entrenamiento fue corto (40 min) pero intenso. Aqui lea dejo 5 de mis ejercicios favoritos 😉. Hicimos 3 rounds de 10 reps cada uno.
