Tone it up!

This past Friday I had a busy day ahead… I was thinking I should skip the workout in order to do the other stuff but instead I decided to wake up earlier and get it done!

How many times you feel like skipping your training or those activities that are good for you? From now and forward think twice before you quit… make some sacrifices if necessary but make it happen! It may be hard while it last but at the end of the day you will be so proud of yourself.

For this particular routine you can do 3 rounds of 20 reps each!
