Tone it up!
Happy start of the week everybody!
Early start today, and as every morning I got my healthy smoothie done in no time which is very convenient in the mornings since allows me to give my children a super nutritious breakfast to go 😉
- Greek yogurt
The workout @tribalgym was super fun, we did some cardio (row, ski, jumping jacks) plus the routine. No weights needed.
We did 2 sets of 45 seconds on 15 seconds rest 😉
