I do not have time to workout!!! Many of my busy friends struggle with this challenge and reality… That is the reason why I felt it was critical to have this as a focal point on my blog… not to mention that I LOVE to exercise every day!

Here is the thing, for me exercising it is not just about chasing the quest for the perfect body (the results over time is a nice side effect). The biggest benefits are about giving yourself the opportunity to release stress and thinking about anything without interruption. Whether you are just setting out to achieve new goals or seeking the perfect escape for the craziness of your busy life, exercise is a fun, free therapy!

I started running when my children were very young… my daughter and her stroller became my first running partners. This worked out much better than complaining about not having the time to exercise. I went from never running a mile in my life to being hooked overnight. In no time it became my passion… I signed up for a 5K, then several half marathons, and finally took the challenge to run the NYC Marathon!!!

I know everybody is different but all of us can find our own passion… Whether it is running, walking, dancing, yoga, boot camp… it can be anything! Remember it just takes 21 days to form or change a habit… start today!
