ORDERS AND PAYMENT
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Yuly360 Gift Cards.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process our orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to make any changes once submitted. For more information or for guidance on returns, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@yuly360.com or at (833) 524-0909, Monday through Friday, between 9AM and 5PM EST (not including holidays).
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive an additional email at the time your order ships that will include the tracking number to trace your package.
If you have a Yuly360 account, you may also check that status of your order by clicking on the order number within your account. From there, you will be able to view the full details of your order, including the status and tracking number.
SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL U.S. ORDERS OVER $150.00. Flat rate standard shipping $8 for orders under $150.
Where do you ship?
DOMESTIC ORDERS (US)
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Florida to anywhere within Continental United States. Processing time is about 1-2 days.
After the product has been shipped, delivery timeframes can range between 2 – 7 business days and ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or AE addresses. Please see shipping additional information below.
Free Standard Ground or Flat Rate $8.00: After the product has been shipped, delivery timeframes can range between 5-7 Business Days
Express Shipping | After the product has been shipped, delivery timeframes can range between 3-4 Business Days: $20.00
Priority Shipping | After the product has been shipped, delivery timeframes can range between 2-3 Business Days: $30.00
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING MEXICO AND CANADA
We currently offer international shipping via FedEx International. All international orders are shipped for a flat rate. Processing time is 1 – 2 days and After the product has been shipped, delivery timeframes can range between 8 – 15 days. Please see shipping guidelines below. IMPORTANT: Any customs taxes or import duties will be billed by carrier directly to customers once the parcel reaches its destination country.
CANADA, MEXICO | 5-10 business days: $100
International customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping fees (including taxes and duties). Once we receive your return, we will process your refund for all eligible, inspected and approved items.

We are unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
